The customer service operator is the professional who actively or receptively assists the company's customers through communication channels such as e-mail, online chat, telephone systems and social networks.
Activities:
Help a variety of Amazon customers by phone, e-mail and/or chat.
Use tools and programs to navigate the site, research accounts, analyze options and solutions for customers and communicate them effectively.
Support customers through typing skills, telephone and computer surfing on the Internet and website, various browsers, e-mail, social media and instant messaging or chat tools.
Actively solving problems and innovating on behalf of clients with good judgment to ensure the right result for the client.
Follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
Ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs

Requirements:
Over 18s with a national identity card or permanent residence card (Dimex).
High school or equivalent.
Fluent proficiency in English and Portuguese required (bilingual position). We will administer an English assessment.
Strong typing, telephone and computer navigation skills.
Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
